(d) Without prior written consent, the Customer shall not: (i) reproduce content commercially; (ii) use the Merchant's brand assets in a third-party business; (iii) scrape, mirror, or systematically extract material from the Store; (iv) modify or redistribute any portion of the Store.

§ 4 — Disclaimer of Warranties

(a) The Store and the products offered thereon are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. (b) To the fullest extent permitted by U.S. law, the Merchant disclaims all express and implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. (c) The Customer's statutory consumer rights shall remain unaffected.

§ 5 — Limitation of Liability

(a) The Merchant shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Store or the purchase of any product. (b) The Merchant's maximum liability for any direct claim shall be limited to the amount paid by the Customer for the product giving rise to the claim.

§ 6 — Pricing and Accuracy

(a) The Merchant shall use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain the accuracy of product descriptions, images, and prices. (b) Where an error is identified, the Merchant reserves the right to: (i) correct the information at any time; (ii) cancel any Order placed at a manifestly incorrect price; (iii) issue a full refund where the Order has been paid.

(a) The Customer shall not use the Store: (i) for unlawful or fraudulent purposes; (ii) in a manner that compromises the security of the Store or its users; (iii) to transmit malicious code or attempt unauthorized access; (iv) to employ bots, scrapers, or automated tools without written permission.

(a) The Store may link to or integrate with third-party services (payment processors, shipping carriers, social media platforms, suppliers). (b) The Merchant does not control such services and disclaims all responsibility for their content and practices.

(a) The Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Merchant, and any affiliated parties, from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (i) the Customer's misuse of the Store; (ii) the Customer's breach of this Notice; (iii) the Customer's infringement of any third-party right.

§ 10 — Severability

(a) In the event that any provision of this Notice is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

§ 11 — Amendments

(a) The Merchant may amend this Notice at any time. (b) Amendments shall take effect immediately upon publication. (c) The "Last updated" date below shall identify the current version.
